1. Scope of Work & Milestones

Every website development project is executed according to an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) defining the specific pages, design mockups, features, and target delivery schedule.

2. Payments & Advance Terms

Projects typically require a 50% advance deposit to commence wireframing and engineering, with the remaining 50% milestone balance payable upon staging approval prior to final live domain deployment and source code handover.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of final settlement, full ownership of custom-developed source code, graphics, and content transfers entirely to the client. MR Branding retains the right to display the completed work in its agency portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.

4. Warranty & Support

All delivered websites include a 30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty against code defects or layout inconsistencies. Extended maintenance is available via our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
